Healthcare Recruiter

The Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-desk recruitment and talent acquisition. This includes sourcing, vetting, and submitting viable candidates to various roles throughout the country. The Healthcare Recruiter will provide a high level of proactive and consultative support to internal stakeholders. Continuously driving the process and assuring the best candidates are hired within the full lifecycle of recruitment while positively impacting retention. Portfolio will include a majority of hard-to-recruit, registered nurses, allied health professionals, and other hospital-based healthcare providers.

Salary + Commission is $60,000 + 1st year

Job Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting of a variety of Healthcare Professionals.
  • Act as a main driving force of successful candidate recruitment and fill the needs of our clients’ job requisitions.
  • Effectively source and qualify potential candidates to fill job requisitions.
  • Exceptional candidate interview etiquette, processes, and communication (pre and post hire);
  • Able to utilize a wide variety of employment marketplaces, resume databases, social networks, referrals, and current ATS for sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with and assist the team as and when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Recruitment

Corporate Recruiter

We are looking to add top talent across all departments in our fast-growing Healthcare Staffing firm.  As our Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process.  This is a key position at MedUS and will be compensated as such.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source, screen and deliver the best candidates to all departments
  • Create a talent pipeline by building relationships with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets.
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to bring valuable candidates to the pool.
  • Attend local job fairs to promote our company and continue developing our growing brand.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience working with multiple department managers
  • Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to work independently and search for solutions
  • Comfortable cold-calling candidates and applying creative means to source and hook qualified candidates.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively navigate through Applicant Tracking Systems.

Business Development

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be a key member of a fast-growing company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to continue to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Salary + Commission = $100K + first year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • On-going management and development of personal sales pipeline
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Guide account managers on client preferences and processes to successfully fulfill job orders
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Some travel required.

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Sales experience required along with a proven track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Healthcare Staffing market knowledge is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Extraordinary organization, time management, and planning skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 + years of industry-related business development experience is highly preferred
