Compliance Specialist

The compliance specialist collects correct documentation to secure the smooth and seamless placement of healthcare professionals into our client facilities. The compliance specialist is a mediator between our clients and our internal staff. This individual maintains high standards of accountability and reliability while working alongside many different departments and outside professionals. This is an administrative role for a fast-growing company.

Requirements:
  • Collecting and verifying different forms of documentation, such as work history, education, and other important pieces of information in a timely manner.
  • Working and collaborating alongside different internal departments.
  • Reviewing in detail a high volume of documents and assisting healthcare professionals to obtain any missing documentation.
  • Verifying all required documents are presented to the client in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrating ethical problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts that may arise.
  • Researching and staying up to date with current state and federal rules and regulations related to healthcare staffing compliance.
  • Drawing attention to incorrect documentation and correcting to ensure complete credentialing files are presented to clients.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with healthcare professionals and creating a positive experience to increase retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Frequently using written and verbal communication to connect with clients and healthcare professionals
  • Monitoring licensures and documentation to notify healthcare professionals of upcoming expiration dates of required compliance documents
  • Creating a sense of urgency with healthcare professionals for upcoming deadlines to attain timely submission of documentation to clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong time management and organization skills

Recruitment

The Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-desk recruitment and talent acquisition. This includes sourcing, vetting, and submitting viable candidates to various roles throughout the country. The Healthcare Recruiter will provide a high level of proactive and consultative support to internal stakeholders. Continuously driving the process and assuring the best candidates are hired within the full lifecycle of recruitment while positively impacting retention. Portfolio will include a majority of hard-to-recruit, registered nurses, allied health professionals and other hospital-based healthcare providers.

Business Development

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
