Healthcare Recruiter - Remote

Only applicable to those applicants not located in or able to relocate to the greater Cincinnati area.

The Healthcare Recruiter is a sales-oriented person who will build a book of business of qualified travel nurses. This includes sourcing, vetting, and submitting viable candidates to various roles throughout the country. The Recruiter will obtain leads through cold calling, company-generated leads, company database, referrals, social media, etc. The Healthcare Recruiter will provide a high level of proactive and consultative support to internal stakeholders. Continuously driving the process and assuring the best candidates are hired within the full lifecycle of recruitment while positively impacting retention. Portfolio will include a majority of hard-to-recruit, registered nurses, allied health professionals, and other hospital-based healthcare providers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting of a variety of Healthcare Professionals
  • Act as a main driving force of successful candidate recruitment and fill the needs of our clients’ job requisitions
  • Effectively source and qualify potential candidates to fill job requisitions
  • Exceptional candidate interview etiquette, processes, and communication (pre and post-hire)
  • Able to utilize a wide variety of employment marketplaces, resume databases, social networks, referrals, and current ATS for sourcing methods
  • Collaborate with and assist the team as and when needed
  • Connect with recruitment team lead often to discuss progress and daily activities
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Recruitment

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must possess excellent, professional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must possess an appropriate level of computer literacy
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Must have the ability to work primarily independently, but sometimes within a team environment, and meet goals.
  • Proven work experience of being results-oriented, self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly and through telecommunication

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Educational history in a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a recruiter, preferably healthcare recruiting

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Healthcare Recruiter - Internal

The Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-desk recruitment and talent acquisition. This includes sourcing, vetting, and submitting viable candidates to various roles throughout the country. The Healthcare Recruiter will provide a high level of proactive and consultative support to internal stakeholders. Continuously driving the process and assuring the best candidates are hired within the full lifecycle of recruitment while positively impacting retention. Portfolio will include a majority of hard-to-recruit, registered nurses, allied health professionals, and other hospital-based healthcare providers.

Salary + Commission is $60,000 + 1st year
